Extension of stamp duty exemption given on factoring agreements

The stamp duty exemption given on factoring agreements executed between factoring houses listed in Appendix A of the attached official letter from the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and MSMEs has been successfully extended from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.

No. 34 of the Appendix A, SA Puncak Management Sdn. Bhd. better known as El Nuwr, is approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance to offer factoring facilities to supply, and services contract awarded by the Government of Malaysia.
