SA Puncak Management Sdn. Bhd. or better known as El Nuwr is a factoring company that offers Syariah compliant financial products. The company is a subsidiary of Luminor Capital (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and is one of the factoring companies authorised by Ministry of Finance Malaysia to finance government contractors.
With access to the E-Perolehan system (Malaysian government procurement system) as one of the registered financiers. We aim to provide financial support and consultation in the areas within its ambit, targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
